On the front cover it reads "$10 - Passover Matzoh Fund - $10 - Help us in the great rescue work which we are conducting now for the century old institutions in Jerusalem: The great "Torah Center Etz Chaim" which embraces the 13 Talmud Torahs and 2 Yeshivoth providing education to the youth of Jerusalem as well as for ambitious students and scholars; a Free Kitchen for poor children and orphans; the famous Bicur Cholim Hospital with its dispensaries and clinics and the only home for Incurable Invalids in Eretz Israel.
