We have no control over what happens after they leave our care. Customer is responsible for proper transplanting and care. We will replace trees under the following conditions. 1. Damaged in transit by shipper: We must be advised of any damage upon receipt of the item. Photos and written documentation required. 2. Damaged upon receipt claims: We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Claim must include photo and written documentation. 3. All other claims must be made within 14 days from the date items were received. There is no need in most cases to physically return items, however photographic evidence of claims being made will be required in order to receive a replacement item or in store credit. In general any faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if taking photos of the claim does not provide solid proof of claim.
