Description: 1913-S VF/XF Lincoln Head Cent (Semi-Key Date) MY COMMENTS: THE GOOD NEWS: Nice Original Looking Better Grade Semi-Key Date Coin, Some will call this coin XF. Nice Chocolate Brown Color. Nice Date, Mint Mark & Nice Rims. Nice Hair, Ear & Bow Tie detail. The Wheat Lines on the reverse are nice. There is some dirt around some of the design. This is common for many older coins. Many Lincoln Cents will have a stain, odd color, or some sort of heavy damage due to their heavy use. Not this coin. This is a very nice Semi-Key Date coin. Please bid with confidence because I stand behind what I sell. THE BAD NEWS: Not real bad, but there is a hit on the reverse to the right of CENT. Sometimes things like this can be expected because these coins were used as real money long ago. Most coins have flaws, it's just a matter of what is acceptable for the grade.
