Description: This would be a supplement supplied by Rand McNally for their 1940's atlas. Since there was much uncertainty about many country's borders because of WW2, McNally provided a coupon for customer's to use to redeem for an updated/revised global atlas supplement and this is that revision. The supplement is very interesting as 1951 was during the lead up to the Cold War where Germany was still divided between the allies. Not only was European geography quite different from now but also Africa and Asia still showed evidence of colonialism. Since some 6 years had pasted since issuing these coupons many people failed to redeem them and so this is a fairly uncommon atlas reference. It's 16 pages with about 20 maps. Dimensions are 11" x 14" Condition fair with some obvious issues - please see pictures.
