Description: You are bidding on a vintage 1984 WORLD'S FAIR SIGNED BAHM PATENOTTE LOUISIANA 84 FRAMED SERIGRAPH ART #2 The art is double signed 1984, including in pencil. It is numbered 121/7000 on the bottom left. The glass frame is heavy and measures 31 1/14 "x 22 1/4". This is a great Tourism Serigraph from Louisiana. It reads "Louisiana 84". 1984 was the year the World's Fair came to Louisiana, so it could be to promote that or just to promote Louisiana Tourism in general. The subject is a gentleman holding a crate of fruit, vegetables or Tabaco in front of his vintage truck. It captures that wonderful New Orleans feel. It is signed in pencil by the artists. The poster is by Bahm Patenotte, a now defunct New Orleans company started in the 1980s, featuring artists Susan Jones Patenotte and Terry Rottman Bahm.
