Offered is a well established hanging basket, with three beautiful Hindu Rope Hoyas. Not only do hoyas thrive on neglect and have beautiful waxy foliage, they also have beautiful blooms and grow rather quickly!Hoya Carnosa Compacta Curl Hoya Plant/Krinkle Kurl. The Hoya carnosa compacta, also known as Hindu rope plants, have thick, twisted, curly, cupped leaves that make them perfect hanging plants. Their draping succulent vines produce clusters of star-shaped waxy flowers; beautiful for enhancing any indoor or patio(shaded) living space. This is the Hindu rope plant with solid green leaves. This lovely will reward you with clusters of light pink waxy flowers and is a definite show stopper. Light: Needs bright, indirect light. Placing the plant in direct sunlight will scorch the leaves. They grow well in early morning or late afternoon sunshine. If placed in shade, the plant cannot produce blooms. Does well under artificial light making it ideal for office environments.Water: Hoya plants are succulents and store water. Allow the top half of the soil to dry out between watering, then water deeply and allow to drain thoroughly. Do not over-water as too much water will kill the plant. Water sparingly in winter. If you want to create more plants, Here’s a little step-by-step instruction to propagate your Hindu Rope Hoya through stem cuttings:1. Use a sharp knife or scissors2. Clean your cutting utensil with rubbing alcohol and hold it in a flame for a few seconds to sterilize. 3. Find a suitable, healthy stem.4. Cut below a node as a node is needed to successfully propagate your Hindu Rope Hoya. The stem cutting should be at least 10 cm long and it should have at least two leaves. 5. Put cinnamon on the area where you cut for added protection.6. You can now put the cutting into either water or well-draining soil.7. If you are using water, it should be lukewarm. Ensure the nodes are submerged in water, not the leaves.8. Place your fresh cutting in a bright indirect light in a warm spot to encourage root growth9. Wait for several weeks and you should see roots developing. The pictures shown are blooms from a Hindu Rope Hoya and pictures of the well established hanging baskets being offered.PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: We are an established business.
