Description: 5 Assorted Native American baskets. Pima, Navajo, Tohono O' odham, Papago? I'm new to baskets but I have narrowed them down to these tribes I believe. The Papago and the Pima seemed to be fairly early, they have a well developed patina though both have some damage. The more recent looking baskets are 100%. The tiny basket has some slight rim damage. If I've completely messed up the tribe affiliations my apologies, its quite a lot to learn in a short time. Please examine the photos and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. The dimensions are as follows: Large deep basket with dogs and trees, 16" x 8" Medium size shallow basket with polychrome design, 8" x 2". The Pima vintage basket is 8" x 2". The Papago is 8 3/4" flat. The tiny splint woven is 1 1/2" x 1". I also have a vintage Wabanaki Porcupine-Weave basket listed separately.
