Description: This beautiful dress is in great condition! The one flaw is that it may have been shortened by a previous owner who then ironed on a hem but didnt sew it, so the hem needs to be stitched on. My sewing machine and I are not friends so best that I dont do that for you. Appears to be home made as it has no tags. Will look great with a crinoline underneath to add some volume but I didn't have one on hand the right length to show it with. Will best fit an XS, as you can see my ribcage was too wide to get it zipped up and I wear a small. Pit to pit 16.5 inches Waist laid flat 12 Total length 39 inches.
