Both dressed as a pair, a Marine and a Southern Belle.Outfits look homemade.Barbie has the molded hair with the removable wig.Both in good vintage condition, Midges arm has the red stains from the outfit I assume, some hair mold rubs, face is slightly dirty and no earrings.
