Description: Roughly the first three minutes of this reel feature the 1954 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, played at Cleveland Stadium in Ohio. Shots are from the upper deck first base line. There's pitching, swinging, base running, and scoring. Remainder of film takes place at a park and at home. While handwritten notes accompanying this film are a little misleading (it reads: St. Mary's River Canadian American league all star game), I was able to clearly match this film's shots of Cleveland Stadium with photographs of the 1954 all star game found on the Internet. See photos two and three for the comparison and note the banners on either side of the foul line. Also, the Canadian–American League disbanded in 1951! This film will be mailed USPS Priority due to its historic significance. I've got more vintage film at my store and happy to bundle shipping. I also sell fresh film cement.
