Comes like show with slide tracks and base. Does not come with bolts to mount to the seat or floor.Black in color could have a minor scratch or scuff on it due to handling and taking the base off the seat. I will have to take these apart to ship. If you have any questions on putting them back together please call me and I will walk you through it.Measures: Slide track to the bottom of the seat 13" Across and 14" Front to Back. Base measures, 12 7/8" across and 11 3/4" Front to back. 7" Tall, 8" tall with the slides.
