It is called the Manning note because that is his picture on the front! The Freidberg number is 319. It is a slightly more difficult signature combination for the type. However there is no premium so this is still a great note for a type set. It is a relatively tough type. This note is graded Very Fine 25 by PMG with a comment about pinholes. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS. Shipping Shipping will be done by USPS Express mail. For most of the US, this arrives in one business day.
