Description: American Half Dollar Coin Collection Representing 80 Years of US Mint Half Dollars; Assembled by The America Historic Society SELLER'S NOTE'S: Where this set has been, I do not know, but it's seen a lot of action in it's time. What we have here is an American Half Dollar Coin Collection: Representing 80 Years of US Mint Half Dollars assembled by The America Historic Society, a company that produces many of these type sets. This set contains, from what I can tell, all Philadelphia minted half dollars including a 1941 Walking Liberty Half Dollar (90% Silver), a 1951 Franklin Half Dollar (90% Silver), a Bicentennial Kennedy 1776-1976 Half Dollar, and a 1994 Kennedy Half Dollar. The Cardboard envelope is in rough shape, it has had stickers and tape on and off of it, when I received it, it had a COA taped onto the entire back for some kind of penny set??? Huh??? Well, I removed that to reveal the reverse side of the half dollars, and a small COA at the bottom from the American Historic Society, Yeah!!! Even though the cardboard envelope is out of shape and has traveled a million miles, the blister packs containing the coins have not been effected, they are dirty, but the coins are in the condition they were in when they were sealed up into this package. So, Obviously, the Kennedy's, especially the 1994, are in pretty great condition with nice luster, the Walking Liberty, and Franklin show the wear of circulated coins that are over 70 years old. Not bad, but, not the hardcore collector's fantasy pack. Basically what it boils down to is you have two 90% silver half dollars, a bicentennial half dollar, and a straight up 1994 Philadelphia minted Kennedy Half Dollar. I appreciate your consideration!!!
