First printing of Book Club edition published by the Macmillan Company in 1950. This copy is in very good condition with a very good minus dust jacket. The binding is tight, and the boards are clean with minor wear on the bottom corners and a slight bump on the spine. The dust jacket is largely intact, but shows rubbing, chipping, minor soiling, a few tears and loss to it's extremities.
