This book was originally published in 1998. 'The Store ', published on 7 March 2023 by Lividian Publications in Mechanicsburg, PA, 1st edition thus, large leather bound volume (9.25in x 6in), 506 pages. Foreword by Jeff Strand. Introduction by the author. 16 colour illustrations by Dirk Berger. Triple flat hand signed by the author, the illustrator and the foreword-writer (Bentley Little, Dirk Berger and Jeff Strand respectively) to a special limitation page at the front of the book. There were only 52 copies of this deluxe lettered edtion; this is copy FF. In As New unread condition. Only opened by myself to take this set of photos. This lettered edition retailed at $950 (there was a separate sold-out limited-edition format of 750 copies). This is a heavy volume, weighing in at over 1.8kg before being securely packed.
