Description: Here are two beautiful mugs made by Bill Campbell. You have to really look to see the signature, but most parts of it are on there. These are clearly by Bill Campbell, who closed his sales workshop within the past few years, so they are pretty much off the market now. He is known for his high fired pottery and beautiful glazes that can only come out of a reduction gas kiln. One of the mugs, the brown one, does have crazing on it. Some people consider it a flaw, but it as actually what often happens when glazes are applied in several layers of thickness to a very high heat, close to 2400 degrees. It doesn't not affect the strength of the mug at all. These mugs are 5" tall and they hold between 12 and 14 ounces of liquid. Shipping is according to zip code, including insurance and tracking.
