This listing is for a vintage Buffet Crampon "Evettine" mouthpiece for Bb soprano clarinet. This is an example of one of the earliest hard rubber Buffet mouthpieces. It has one ring up, and three down, with the Buffet logo below the three. This version is referred to as a 'bottom logo', and it is quite sought after due to the quality of its hard rubber compound. The 'Evettine' logo appears higher, between the top line and the bottom three. This mouthpiece is in good used condition. There are some minor nicks and scratches on the tip and side rails, but for the most part the facing is smooth. There are no tooth indentations on the beak. The rubber shows normal discoloration/fading. The cork is worn, so may need replacement for a proper tight fit to your barrel. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized.
