This publication includes 300+ loose pages of reproduced faxes from the festival, 60 page full bleed images exhibition catalog, large exhibition poster for the event, double sided exhibition leaflet, double sided leaflet for the Butch Morris performance, a silvered stiff card with a DVD which documents a live musical performance by American Jazz and experimental composer Butch Morris during the Fax event, wraps in plastic slipcase. The Global Fax Festival was an event conceptualized and created by David Hammons and held at the Crystal Palace in Madrid, Spain from June 1st through November 6th, 2000. Hammons suspended fax machines from the ceiling of the Crystal Palace and, during the event, faxes were sent by various artists from all over the world where they rained down from the sky to continuously cover the floor.
