Description: Selling this VINTAGE White Mountain 6 (SIX) Quart ELECTRIC Ice Cream Freezer Maker. This is a COMPLETE SYSTEM and it's ready to go. The wooden bucket is approx. 14-1/2" tall (excluding metal brackets and handle). It comes with the Original Box, but the original recipe book / instruction manual is missing. However, I will include a complete black & white 13-page copy of White Mountain's latest and most comprehensive "Appalachian Series" Owner's Manual & Recipe Guide with this purchase. This wonderful piece of literature is full of history, recipes and operating instructions - pictured below. The original packaging materials are missing also. As you probably know by now White Mountain no longer markets these American legendary Old Fashioned Ice Cream Makers. Therefore, the demand has gone through the roof for these units that have long been recognized as the highest quality system since 1853. The performance of TRIPLE-MOTION dasher system is second to none. Be sure to buy one while they're still available! It is USED but I consider it to be EXCELLENT overall condition especially considering this is a vintage unit. You can tell by the appearance the entire system has seen very little or very possibly no use. The metal bracket & latch have minimal rust / tarnishing. The metal carrier & wooden handle are still in excellent condition. The motor is in excellent working condition with minor paint chips, and minor wear - I TESTED THE MOTOR AND IT WORKS GREAT. There are very minor scratches, scuffs, varnish loss, stains, dings, dents, minor chips & wood losses to the wooden bucket - it actually looks nearly new to me. The original label is on the bucket and it's in like new condition. The canister is in excellent condition is minor tarnishing, scratches and dings from handling. The wooden dasher blades /scrapers look great - no splits or breaks and minimal to no wear. The raised steel TUB CENTER piece on the bottom inside of the bucket looks like new. The three steel outside retainer rings show very little to no rust and they are still very solid and will last for many more years of use. This unit has not been used for many years so the wood buck has some shrinkage between the tongue-n-groove vertical slats that can be resolved by filling with water and allowing to sit for several hours.
