I wasn't able to find another one like it in the Precious Day Baby Collection listed as First Friend. To me if looks like it could be Mini Muffin. The doll is wearing a one piece outfit with bunnies on it. Most of the information on the box is written in German but I can see that the doll is safe for children 18 months and older that the doll is machine washable and dryable.
