Description: This was an estate sale find. I have no idea if it is really from Japan or perhaps china. There are no English markings on the scroll and I don't read whatever language there is, although I included a closeup so you can translate it if you wish. The scroll has a wooden dowel at the top and a larger dowel at the bottom, capped with glass blue and white knob. It opens to about 55 inches and is about 25 inches wide. The base appears to be paper and fabric. I could not find a twin on Ebay, so I am winging it on the price. It came and will be shipped rolled up. (82B)
