Ebay does charge sellers with negative feedback more in fees so they let anyone give them.I list hundreds of watches and most of these watches are used and have wear and marks etc. unless noted as nice condition. Some of these smell musty and such. non paying bidders will be blocked unless they contact me. please remember bad feedback and low ratings for me costs me more and makes ebay happy because they get more in fees that get charged back. I have to make a minimum to stay in business and will work with you whatever the problem is. i try to get you the best deal possible period! you are my customer not ebays. all non paying bidders who win but then do not follow through are blocked from bidding on anymore of my listings in the future. items mailed asap! I hate to but negative or neutral feedback leavers are banned from bidding on any of my future auctions because it drives up fees for me and those that leave a lot of bad feedback will have their bids canceled if i see that they do so. most of us sellers are trying hard to hook up our buyers.
