Description: La Retraite Postcard in Frame - Un-posted 1994 - Estate sale find - postcard is taped in the frame - the colors are nice & face of the card is in excellent condition - I googled to translate what the Postcard meaning was - though it's a rough translation - In French it reads: "dans le beau pays de france, la retraite se fait encore tous les samedissoir, elle est toujours la joie des grands et des petits franais. In English it reads:In the beautiful country of France, retirement is still same dissoir all, it is always the joy of large and small French. And if the small Alsatian ages are well, and if they have good grades in their courses French, their dad surely lead them someday nancy has or has belfort, to see the French retirement, and they will be just as happy just as emus as I was ... once, when I was little. An interesting piece of French postcard culture. View more great items
