I cannot verify Which of Luther’s specific writings are missing. Total in all, there are 33 books. Most of which contain multiple volumes. Written at different times in the 1800’s, not in chronological order. It is possible these may have been reprinted, or even rebound (not certain about that). Dated 1854 and 1853 Volumes 59–60: Dated 1862 and 1863 Volumes 61–62: Dated 1854 Volumes 63–64: Dated 1854 and 1855 Volume 65 Dated 1855 On pages 104-105 a small cut out piece of paper used for a bookmark was placed in between leaving a darkening where it was located. Volumes 66-67: Dated 1857 Front cover and Back cover is primarily detached from binding held on by the clear tape Volume 68 Dated 1830 Leather spine has come off, held together by clear tape; binding is still good. Does not lay flat. Volume 69: Dated 1842 This volume and one other is an all black hardcover. The printing looks different too. Volume 70: Dated 1845 Leather cover on the spine has come off Tape over binding and cover pages are good. Binding is good. Volume 71: Dated 1850 and 1851 Volume 72: Some of the leather covering on the spine or half of it has come off. Tape is over at keeping it intact.
