The bottom of each piece is double stamped with W.Mayer Nurnberg in gold and the green stamp underneath is Hutschenreuther Bavaria Germany. The coffee/tea pot, demitasse cups and saucers are in excellent condition inside and outside. The gold plating is gorgeous with lots of shine. The color of the band is a lovely red with gold floral design. There are no chips, cracks, stains or scratches. The only wear found is the inside of the handle on one cup has a small area of gold loss.
