Description: Moorcroft Pottery in England has been making decorative pottery with beautiful intricate hand-painted designs for over a century. This low rimmed bowl has two beautiful hibiscus flowers with the raised detail typical of Moorcroft pieces. I think it was made in the 1970s. It is about 8-3/4 inches in diameter and the top rim sits about 1-1/2 inches off the table. It has the impressed "MOORCRAFT MADE IN ENGLAND" stamp on the back, as well as initials WM and what is either PM or RM. It is in very good vintage condition - no chips, hairlines, or crazing - and colors are very vibrant. Ships USPS.
