It comes with a collector's card, asylum diorama, bed, shackles and bugs for Renfield to play with or eat! The figure is still in original packaging. There is some edge wear, minimal, please see photos for details. On the back left, there is a mark on the card, also in the photos. Metal stand used in photos NOT included.
