Description: This is an extremely rare original 1800s US made playing card! I pulled this card out of an authentic partial deck from the 1860-80s. It was printed in New York by the Samuel Hart Playing Card Co. This type of card was used during the Civil War and in Old West saloons!! The condition is very good. There is some minor wear on from play, probably in a saloon. See pictures for best description of condition. US playing cards with one way courts (whole body) and no numbers were made throughout the 1800s up until around the 1880s. It’s extremely difficult to find authentic gambling US made playing cards from this time period! Complete US decks sell for hundreds or even thousands of dollars. This beautiful single playing card will look perfect in your historical display!!
