Almost every time you see one of these knives the blade has been customized by the German soldier that used it. The blade has survived the War Untouched. German soldiers used these knives for everything. From personal care to fighting enemy soldiers. Made for the German Soldiers at the start of WW1, then used again and produced for WW2. Original Stag bone Grips. There is one small repair, I presume at one time the blade was a little loose? Someone put a pice of copper wire on the handle piece. Blade is tight.
