This is a great advertising lighter that reads: "Euclid Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors" The company started in 1903 and is still in business today and still in the Cleveland, Ohio area. It has a 7 digit phone number "361-0288" that dates lighter in between 1947 and ended in the early 1960's. Lighter would look great in any collection. Please check pictures to judge condition yourself. This is from a huge lighter collection I bought out and was listing years ago (last picture shows what I roughly have left to list) so I figured it was finally time to sell the last thousand or so I have left, so check back weekly for what I list.
