We recommend a water-soluable glue for affixing them (so that you can soak them off any time and keep your model's paint job in perfect shape). SIZE: Each horse shoe measures 1 3/32 inches wide (one and three thirty-seconds of an inch - side to side at its widest point), and 1 inch long (toe to heel). We get asked often if they'll fit other models... pewter is a pliable metal, so they can be reshapen slightly, and a fingernail file can be used to file them a bit if needed. Just be sure that you've measured your model's hooves and the measurements are very close to the shoe size shown here. If anyone has success with specific models (including Breyer, Peter Stone, etc.), please feel free to share the model names and we'll be glad to post a list here.
