Description: You're buying the RECORD block plane shown in the photos.This plane measures approximately 6" in length.The plane body and mechanisms are in very good condition, nearly all of the original blue paint is present on the body.This plane was missing the lever cap and blade. These two items were replaced with Stanley components.Record lever caps and blades are very similar to Stanley's and they appear to be interchangeable with no appreciable loss of looks or function.Maybe not collectible but a very good user block plane.Lever cap and blade may be removed and placed in package for shipping.
