Description: A festive dress that could have been designed for Jackie Kennedy: Elegant, beautifully tailored, simple vintage 1960's pale pastel floral brocade belted sheath dress by designer, Richard Kaplan New York*, adorned with gilded rickrack trim and rhinestone-studded buttons. Fits like a contemporary women's size 6-8 (as it fits me, but there is no size label on the dress. See measurements below.) The dress features a cut collar, edged with gilded rickrack, and connected with 3 pairs of rhinestone buttons, long sleeves with 2 rhinestone-studded buttons at each cuff, two front pockets, a hidden zip closure finished with hook/eye at the neck, a belt loop in the back with a matching brocade belt (see detail in photo). Made in U.S.A. per ILGWU label. The dress is in fabulous pre-owned, vintage condition--so fresh, it does not appear to have been worn. A gorgeous specimen.
