The condition of the case is in very good condition. It is perfect for beginning band or orchestra or anyone looking for an instrument for recreational playing. Why rent when you can own a quality American-made instrument for much less than the cost of a new one. Thinking about a new Chinese or Indian-made instrument? They’re real pretty, but you risk parts breakage due to the metal quality. And if something breaks, you have what is called a “throw-away” horn. Most repair shops will not work on them because there are no replacement parts available. For those reasons most my refurbished instruments cost less than shops typically charge just for a repad job.
