This is a solid brass buckle with an ornate western scroll design and darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals, in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.7 oz.
