It was carried gently and very rarely, and it spent most of the time sitting in the closet. There are a few light surface marks and light scratches throughout the bag (see video). There is a place at the back of the bag in the middle square where a scratch was rubbed to try to get it out, and the rubbing left a slight discoloration in that square. This discoloration is visible under some light conditions and not visible under other light condition. I included several photos at the end that show the back of the bag under different light conditions. Other than what I described, this bag is clean and beautiful throughout! I heavily discounted the price of the bag for these issues!PLEASE NOTE: I indicated that the color is gray, but it's more of a greenish-bluish gray. It looks most closely like it appears in my iphone video and photos. It's a gorgeous color!
