Description: Vintage 1949 very nice all around Royal typewriter model KMG made by Royal Typewriter Co. , serial number KMG 4340954. Very nice typewriter and in very good clean cosmetic and working condition. The serial number dates this typewriter in the 1949 era. It has a gray textured enamel finish with a few signs of wear as you can see in the pictures. Very nice black tombstone keyboard with chrome trim In great condition. Graphics and chrome are good. The typewriter types very well as you can see from the examples. Keys strike and return and carriage advances as it should as you type. Types in Pica 10 cpi. The platen, paper feed, backspace, new ribbon, ribbon feed, replacement feet, bell, margin release and tabs, set and clear are good. Magic Margins work. Very nice typing piece with a few signs of wear. Cleaned and serviced. Looks and types great. Please no PO Box. The pictures are good to view for overall condition.
