Description: Vintage 1970's Sunshine Family House. Awesome Sunshine Family compactable house. Folds down for easy storage. Roof has minor tear in the vinyl in the middle on the underside. Larger tear in middle on the outside. One edge of floor has opened about an inch long as well. Clean doll house does show some marks. Some of the original stickers are attached yet. As is condition. Cool artwork on the rooms depicts 1960's and 1970's decorating. Freestanding fireplace with stack, macrame wall hanging in the living room. Patio has cobblestone "floor", lots of flowers and plants. Hanging plants are in macrame holders. Kitchen has orange brick floor, yellow walls, and avocado green canisters on the counter. Bring work under the oven. Great house ready for play again.
