This hilarious character tips his hat and stand patriotically dress, which is fairly sharp for a potato man. The original Erza Brooks sticker remains on his belly. The underside has embossed lettering (see photos). The original tax stamp is mostly intact, and the decanter is EMTPY. Measures approx. Diameter 11-1/2" TallCondition:This vintage decanter is in very good condition, and displays wonderfully.
