Description: This hat is entirely covered in beautiful Pheasant feathers. Tricolor. This shows a fine netting inside with a velvet band. Gorgeous details! As found in an estate. She was both a collector of antique and vintage clothing and stage director at a local college. No marking, no tag, so no way of knowing size. The measurements are approx. 8" across so approx. 23 to 24" around. 4.25" tall. Very good condition. Feathers look extremely nice with a very pretty sheen.
