Description: Selling my 1987 'J' code 18.5" Kettle. Good shape overall, has some small battle scars but all cosmetic. 240 sq/in cooking area, made in USA. Restored with all new one-touch sweep kit, ash pan kit, charcoal and food grates. $65.00 worth of extras included: Weber premium cover, Weber charcoal baskets. Has not been cooked-on since I restored it, parked in the garage covered. Bowl has some signs of use but is solid - no rot, has solid leg sockets, some minor heat crazing (see photos). Excellent shiny original red porcelain enamel finish. You can not buy this red (mist?) anymore, discontinued around 2000. As I recall this has the original legs, wheels, lower rack and wood handles which were in remarkable shape (Weber stamps still like new) - I cleaned them up and applied 2-3 coats of clear varnish. Collectible or cooker ready for service - your choice! Will ship disassembled & packed very carefully.
